Offutt Securities is an institutional research brokerage firm founded in Baltimore. Our firm has been a member of the NASD since June, 1987. Our revenues have consisted of soft dollar commission business through our clearing arrangement with Bear Stearns Securities Corporation since 1987 and our participation in underwritings and some hard dollar revenues. As of October 1, 2008 Offutt Securities is clearing through J.P. Morgan Clearing Corp. Our coverage list has traditionally focuses on:
	Market capitalization between $200 million to $5 billion
	Leaders in their respective industries
	Earnings growth potential of 10% - 20 % or more, for at least 3-5 Years

Longevity of analyst coverage has been useful to our client’s performance.

Our research coverage focuses on:
	Small Cap Value and Mid Cap Value companies not widely followed
	Firms Generating Significant Free Cash Flow
	Consistent Dividend Growth
